Evendale Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting
The Board of Zoning Appeals shall consider an application at a public meeting held at 7:30 PM on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at Evendale Village Administration Office, 10500 Reading Road, Evendale, Ohio 45241.
An application for an appeal of a decision by the Building Commissioner has been filed for property located at 3696 Glendale-Milford Road. The applicant is appealing the Building Commissioner’s determination, made pursuant to the Evendale Codified Ordinance Schedule 1266.04(A), that requires detached accessory structures in the Residential District to be located in the rear yard.
Copies of the application may be obtained or viewed at Evendale Village Administration Office during normal business hours.
