Attendance: Barb Rohs, Don Apking, Cynthia Caracci, and Tim Burke. Lori Radcliff was absent.
The first item on the agenda was to approve the minutes from 2/14/2011. A motion to approve the minutes was made by Tim Burke and seconded by Don Apking and unanimously approved.
The Fire Department, Recreation Department and Building Dept all submitted new schedules that added descriptions of the record series and media type. There was no change in the retention period.
A motion to accept the changes was made by Tim Burke and seconded by Cynthia Caracci and unanimously approved.
There are 5 other parts of the schedule to update and it will be presented at the next commission meeting.
No other business took place.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Tim Burke and seconded by Don Apking and unanimously approved.
Meeting was adjourned.
