A special work session with the members of Evendale Planning Commission (EPC), Village of Evendale Council, Gorman Farm Board, Dan Beard Council and BHDP Architecture was called to order by Mayor Don Apking at 8:00 AM in the Evendale Fire House Training Room.

Schematic design review
The meeting was lead by Lupe Lopez and Sean Easter of BHDP Architecture. Couper Gardener, BHDP Architecture, acted as facilitator. Attached are comments as a result of this review.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:45 AM.
