PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES
February 28, 2008
EVENDALE MUNICIPAL BUILDING
A special meeting of the Evendale Planning Commission (EPC) was called to order by Chairman Dick Shaffer at 5:05 PM on February 28, 2008. Attending were EPC members Doug Lohmeier (Council Representative), Dick Shaffer and Dan Frank. Jack Cameron, Administrative Assistant to the Mayor, was also present.
Old Business
1) Shoppes of Evendale, 10325 Reading Road
Monument Sign
Tim Tefs, Linward Properties, LLC, presented a revised site plan for the location for the 64 square foot monument sign for the Shoppes of Evendale. The proposed sign would be located north of the Reading Road entrance and 20 feet from the right of way, meeting all sign regulations in the Village of Evendale Zoning Code.
Doug Lohmeier made a motion, with a second from Dan Frank, to approve the new location of the sign as part of the site review. The motion passed by a 3 yes 0 no vote.
On a motion to adjourn the meeting by Doug Lohmeier and seconded by Dan Frank, the meeting was adjourned by 5:17 PM
