PUBLIC HEARING:

1.      Lifestyle Properties, Ltd., 2721 E. Sharon Road
Request of a zone change for parcels 611-0030-0250-00 and 611-0030-0035-00 from General Industrial classification to either Heavy Commercial or Heavy Commercial Planned Business Development.

2.      Village of Evendale, 10500 Reading Road
Recommendation to Council on two text amendments to the Zoning Code.    One will modify the regulations for publishing public notice (1278.02(b)(2)) and the second would clarify the Planning Commission’s plan review authority (1270.03(a)(4)).

NEW BUSINESS:

1.      Surgery Center of Evendale, 3155 Glendale-Milford Road
Review of building modification per PBD requirements.

2.      Lifestyle Properties, Ltd.  2721 E. Sharon Road
Review of zone change request for parcels 611-0030-0250-00 and 611-0030-0035-00.

3.      Sysco Foods Services, 10510 Evendale Drive
Exterior site review for new garage.

4.      Village of Evendale, 10500 Reading Road
Recommendation to Council of two text amendments to the Zoning Code.

5.      Formica Corporation Dedication of Public Street in Evendale Commons.

6.      Mary Lou Isaacs request for bike path into Evendale Commons.


OLD BUSINESS:

1.      United Rental, 2521 Glendale-Milford Road
Review of Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage.

INTERNAL BUSINESS:

1.      Evendale Commons Review

2.      Approval of the minutes from June 30, July 7, July 12, July 19, and July 30, 2005 meetings.
