Meeting Minutes from November 20, 2008
Present at the Meeting:
Stiney Vonderhaar, Catherine Hartman, Jim Bothe, Pat Casey, and Jim Owens
Topics Discussed:
- Motion made to accept meeting minutes form Oct 16th as printed.
- Volunteer Day October 18th went well. A lot of clean-up was completed.
- Catherine reviewed Griffin Preserve history outline with committee.
- Bo commented that Matheson suggested spraying honeysuckle should occur in the spring. Contractor representative to meet at Preserve the week after Thanksgiving to review project.
- Block barn on south side of pond needs some attention.
- Lower part of creek trail should be leveled off to reduce hillside.
Action Items:
- Review honeysuckle spray project with contractor.
- Complete history outline for signboard posting.
