§ Review minutes from last meeting.
Review Action Items from last meeting:
· Maintenance to install plastic cover on signboard & post guidelines.
· Maintenance to make and install 12”x 20” Horncastle signboard & post guidelines.
· Adletta to install headwall.
· Joe Asbrock to contact NRCS rep. and set up meeting to discuss plans for biological maintenance of the preserve in regard to the best plants and trees for the property as well as what should be removed.
· Review onsite meeting minutes from January 5th.
· Joe Asbrock and scouts to install a duck box in the pond area.
· Boy Scout project(s) update.
