1. Police
• Speed Trailer Disposition
We have two people interested through the county website; the bid expires on 6/7/2013
2. Fire
• CEU Inspection
The continuing education review showed no issues and am waiting renewal certification
• MCI Drill Review
Chief Hauck reported the event tested the hospital and county networks; it identified some glitches that will be address. The Village participation was successful and beneficiary.
• Chili Lunch June 12
Chief Hauck reminded everyone that the lunch is a fund raiser and hope to see everyone there.
• Hamilton County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan
Chief Hauck advised committee of the plan & how the 46 communities are evaluating plan and will need to be adopted by the Village.
3. Recreation
Dave Nichols advised committee that James will have bid results for the improvements will be shared at the council meeting.
Mr. Nichols updated the committee on the 10 yr Master Plan and the bicycle plan is due shortly.
Dave reminded us of the summer concert series and that on September 5 at noon the Cincinnati Symphony Quintet will be playing.
