School Committee Members Present: Paula Bouchard, Shannon Emery, Melissa Mitchell, and Dorothy Perkins.
School Committee Members Absent: Andrew Seeley.
Staff Present: Superintendent Arthur Wittine, Principal Terry Lux, Special Services Administrator Janet Weston, Deborah Little, Benjamin Brigham, and David Consalvi.
Others Present: Edward French, Taunya Cook, Jessie Daniels, Helen Pottle, and Caleb Trott.
A. Call the meeting to order
Chair member Paula Bouchard called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

There were no adjustments to the agenda.
D. Consideration of School Committee Minutes:
To Approve the Minutes of the Febraury 7, 2006, School Committee Meeting, as Written or with Corrections, as Recommended by the Superintendent of
Schools.
It was moved by Dorothy Perkins, seconded by Melissa Mitchell, and voted 4 – 0 to approve the minutes of the February 7, 2006, School Committee Meeting, as
written

Principal of Eastport Elementary School: This report is attached.
Principal of Shead High School: This report is attached.
School Committee Report: Melissa Mitchell stated that Washington County Community College is interested in working with Shead High School on the Early
College Program.
Superintendent’s Report: This report is attached.

1. To Consider Revising Policy CBDA, Superintendent’s Contract – Allocation of Services, as Recommended by the Superintendent of Schools
It was moved by Dorothy Perkins, seconded by Shannon Emery, and voted 4 – 0 to Revise policy CBDA, Superintendent’s Contract – Allocation of Services, as
recommended by the Superintendent of Schools.
