School Committee Members Present: Paula Bouchard, Shannon Emery, Judith Ampungan (7:03 p.m.) and Andrew Seeley
School Committee Members Absent: Dorothy Perkins
Others Present: Superintendent Arthur Wittine, Principal Terry Lux, Principal Maureen Pottle, Lisa Marie Pratt, and Edward French
A. Call the Meeting to Order.
Chairmember Paula Bouchard called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
B. Adjustments to the Agenda.
There were no adjustments to the agenda.
C. Consideration of School Committee Minutes.
To Approve the Minutes of the February 1, 2005 School Committee Meeting, as Written or
with Corrections, as Recommended by the Superintendent of School.
It was moved by Shannon Emery, seconded by Andrew Seeley and voted 3 - 0 to approve the minutes
of the February 1, 2004 School Committee Meeting, as written.
D. Administrative Reports:
a. The report from the Principal of Eastport Elementary School is attached.
b. The report from the Principal of Shead High School is attached.
c. There was no School Committee report.
d. The report from the Superintendent is attached.
E. Public Participation
Arthur Wittine and Paula Bouchard clarified what this is and why it appears at this point on the agenda.
F. Old Business:
Consideration of School Committee Policies:
To Adopt the Following Policies, as Written or with Corrections, as Recommended by the
Superintendent of School.
CBI Evaluation of the Superintendent
JFABD Admission of Homeless Students
It was moved by Andrew Seeley, seconded by Judith Ampungan, and voted 4 - 0 to adopt the
aforementioned policies as written.
G. New Business:

To Approve the First Reading of the Following Policies, as Written or with Corrections, as
Recommended by the Superintendent of School:
