PUBLIC HEARING
EASTPORT CITY COUNCIL
MONDAY, JULY 12, 2004
7:00 P.M. - SHEAD HIGH SCHOOL
The Eastport City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 12, 2004
at 7:00 p.m. at the Shead High School. The purpose of the hearing is to
receive public input on: The definition of "automobile junkyard". The Code
Enforcement Officer is recommending it be amended to conform with the
State Law that allows no more than 2 unregistered, uninspected vehicles.
And the Planning Board is recommending it be amended to allow no
more than 1 unregistered or uninspected vehicle.
