PUBLIC HEARING
1. Petition for a zoning Ordinance Amendment presented by the Code
Enforcement Officer recommending that the definition of "Automobile
Graveyard or Junkyard" in Article (2) be amended to conform to State
Law Title 30-A MRSA ss 3752.
2. Petition for a Zoning Ordinance Amendment presented by the Code
Enforcement Officer recommending that the maximum size of signs
related to the sale of goods and services, in Section 6.21, be
increased from (6) square feet to (16) square feet.
3. Petition for Zoning Ordinance Amendment presented by the Code
Enforcement Officer recommending that the following paragraph
be added to Section 6.21. 6.21.1.11: Signs relating to the location
of Federal, State, and Municipal services or structures shall be
permitted without restriction.
4. Petition for Zoning Ordinance Amendment presented by Sonja
Talbot of Main Street Princeton requesting that the Zoning
Designation of her property at 58 Toll Bridge Road be changed
from Resource Protection to Shoreland Limited Residential.
