 “Looking for common ground on the question of school consolidation in the Woodland/Calais/Eastport Region Second Meeting” 
 Meeting Purpose: To continue to look at the school consolidation question to see if there is an area of common  ground on which some or all of the group can move forward. A panel has been compiled of professionals representing various school collaborations and the Maine Department of Education. 
 Desired Outcomes: A list of the various forms if any that consolidation could take A list of the impacts/benefits of Essential Services Model & Potential Tax Reform A list of the benefits of the different types of school structures A collection of  statistics and trends of school systems with our region A list of next steps 
 Agenda:
