CDBG Public Facilities Grant

The Eastport City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 18th at 5:45 p.m. at Shead High School. The purpose of the hearing is to solicit comments on the submission of an application by the Pleasant Point Passamaquoddy Tribe for a $250,000 CDBG Public Facilities Grant. The funding will be utilized for the construction of a new fire station in Pleasant Point. The City of Eastport will act as the administrative agent on behalf of the Tribal Government in the DECD sponsored program.
The City Council welcomes all public comment.
