Reval Team Completion Update 28 December 2016

The City-wide property revaluation will be coming to an end shortly. The revaluation team will soon be sending out letters to each property owner comparing their old and new property valuations. There will be time set aside for meetings with individual property owners who have questions or concerns about their new valuations. The meetings will be in February for full time residents and in June for those who live elsewhere and those we missed in February. One date will be on a Saturday for people who cannot attend during the week. The dates will be addressed in the letters you will receive. Once you receive your letter, should you wish to discuss matters, you can schedule a meeting appointment by calling City Hall at 853-2300. The meetings will be limited to 15 minutes or less and
will be with both myself and Jacki Robbins whose team did the revaluation. This is the same process as the 2007 revaluation completion meetings.
