Reval Team Whereabouts.
Another update on the revaluation and where the team is working: They have just about finished up for inspecting this year. They are/were working on the downtown business buildings. If your residence or business was not inspected don’t worry; they will be back in town in the spring. They will be connecting with the building owners they missed at that point.
Once they are complete with downtown they will be working from their office. They will be laying out the drawings for each building they inspected and working on sales for building land valuation schedules. This is the part that takes the longest and involves extreme amount of statistical work.
