Another update on the revaluation and where the team is working: They are working their way down High and Washington Streets at present. In the next week or so they will be on Key Street and the side streets off Key. Their plan is, still, to work their way towards Southend from Northend section of town. Remember, if you do not want them to enter your house or your property, simply tell them so politely, please. It is your home, but a little courtesy goes a long way.
Some people have mentioned that they will not be at home after the summer is over and were concerned that the team will not be able to assess the inside of their homes. This is a two year process slated to be finished in the spring of 2017. The reval team will be able to schedule a time at a later date so don't be concerned.
