Just an update on the revaluation and where the team is working: They are working their way down Water Street at present and have been finishing Capen Avenue. Coming soon to Wilson, Mitchell, and Adams Streets before finishing the upper end of High Street. Their plan is to work their way towards Southend from Northend section of town.
Some people have mentioned that they will not be at home after the summer is over and were concerned that the team will not be able to assess the inside of their homes. This is a two year process slated to be finished in the Spring of 2017. The reval team will be able to schedule a time at a later date so don't be concerned..
