Healthy Maine Streets and Eastport Health Care would like to offer the residents of Eastport a pedometer to support your individual wellness program. These handy pedometers measure your steps or distance in miles throughout the day, and will record up to 1 weeks activity. The cost is $5.00 and you can pick them up at Eastport Health Care or at The Commons. Call Deb Shields at 853-0189 or stop by the Health Center's front desk.
