Eastport to be featured in Bangor and Portland magazines:
Bangor Metro magazine's September issue will carry an eight page feature on
Eastport. It will focus on the city's renaissance and its rising state
image.
Bangor Metro recently carried articles on The Fisherman's Statue and working
waterfront, and another on Family Businesses, which included a story on S.L.
Wadsworth's and Sons Ship Chandlery and Hardware Store.
The magazine called Maine.(dot) will feature an eight page feature on
Eastport in their October issue. Eastport's art community and cultural
offerings will be the focus of the article.
Portland Monthly magazine is presently working on stories for coming issues
that will include Eastport-- one on regional and national artists living in
Eastport and neighboring communities and one on unique places for marriage
ceremonies.
