Ella Kowal, Eastport's City Clerk, has been appointed to serve on the Eastport Memorial Nursing Home Board of Directors as City Liaison.
Ella states, "I'm thankful for the opportunity to serve on the Board; it gives me a sense of giving back to the community. I'm looking forward to the experience."
Ella Kowal has worked for the CIty of Eastport for 14 years and lives in Eastport with her family.
