Approval of minutes from last meeting:
Open issues: Proposed change to Sign Ordinance and definitions
New business:
a) Approve to present changing sign ordinance and definitions as attached.
Old Business:
- Decide on what topics in the Zoning Ordinances to review. Chair suggest following:
- Review Section 2, DEFINITIONS OF TERMS USED IN THIS ORDINANCE. There are 10 pages to Section 2 and a good idea maybe to divide the pages up to different members. Review and make suggestions at next meeting.
The number of parking spaces required for retail space has been recently adjusted to reflect common practice in other similar communities. The definition of parking spaces remains vague : “An area of two hundred square feet appropriate for the parking of an automobile, exclusive of maneuvering space, shall be considered as one off-street parking space.”
