Search Committee
Meeting Minutes, November 8, 2012
The meeting was called to order at 11:04 pm.
Members Present: Bob Smith (Chair), Judy Cannon, Jessica Dill, Gloria Schropfer, Barbara Stahl
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed. Gloria moved to approve, seconded by Judy and the motion carried.
Meeting times were reestablished as the first and third Monday of the month. Meetings will be scheduled for November 19, December 3, December 17 at 4:30 p.m. In 2013, meetings will begin at 3:00 p.m. No reminders will be sent unless the meeting is cancelled or changed.
Judy commented that in her 15 years of volunteering for the town of Eastham, she has never seen so few openings on committees.
The liaison relationships were reviewed. No changes will be made until the Search Committee fills its last open slot. The Committee reviewed the Committee Needs/ Applications form as of 11/5/2012. Interviews will be set up for Recycling, ZBA, Cultural Council, Search, and Bikeways.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:10 p.m. The next meeting is Monday, November 19 at 4:30 p.m.
