Planning Board Present: Don Andersen, Michael Cole, Dan Coppelman, Tom Johnson, Craig Nightingale, Howard Sandler
Planning Board Absent: Leslie-Ann Morse, Richard Morello - Alternate, John Knox - Alternate
Staff Present: Sarah Raposa-Town Planner
Chairman Mike Cole opened the meeting of the Planning Board (at the Board of Selectmen's meeting) at 6:15 pm.
The Planning Board updated the Board of Selectmen on their activities, including regular development hearings and work sessions. Discussions of on-going planning activities included:
" Updates and clarifications in the zoning bylaw (definitions)
" Sign Code revision
" Commercial - Industrial - Service Trade areas
" North Eastham Village Center
" Growth Neutral zoning
" Outreach & education

A MOTION to adjourn was made by Tom Johnson and Seconded by Craig Nightingale.
The Vote: 6-0. In Favor: Andersen, Cole, Coppelman, Johnson, Nightingale, Sandler
