Present: Don Andersen, Michael Cole, Dan Coppelman, Tom Johnson, Leslie-Ann Morse (arrived at 4:30 pm), Craig Nightingale, Howard Sandler, John Knox - Alternate
Absent: Richard Morello - Alternate
Staff Present: Sarah Raposa-Town Planner
Planning Board Chairman, Mike Cole, opened the meeting at 4:00 p.m. and discussed Annual Report information request. Town Planner will update cases and results spreadsheet and give to Chair.
Planning Board Rules and Regulations
The Planning Board discussed draft Rules and Regulations document and suggested edits. Town Planner to revise and distribute for adoption.
Schedule / Updates
" Move November 4, 2009 Joint PB-BoS meeting to November 18, 2009, 5 pm
" November 4, 2009 - Don and Mike to go to Chamber of Commerce meeting, 5:30 pm
" November 4, 2009 - Citizen Planner Training Collaborative; 7 pm
" November 10, 2009 - Regular meeting, 5 pm
" November 24, 2009 - Work Session, 4 pm
" Move December 9, 2009 to December 16, 2009, 5 pm (Town Planner to verify with applicants and schedule and confirm with Board.)
Schedule / Updates
The Planning Board briefly discussed possible bylaw changes (habitable space, accessory structures, residential site plan approval, and lot area) and will further discuss on November 24, 2009

A MOTION to adjourn was made by Howard Sandler and Seconded by Don Andersen.
The Vote: 7-0. In Favor: Andersen, Cole, Coppelman, Johnson, Morse, Nightingale, Sandler
