MEETING MINUTES

Members Present:        Howard Sandler, Chairman, Leslie Ann Morse, Craig Nightingale, Kevin Holland (TARDY), Peter McDonald, Debbie Abbott, Frank Salomone and         Rick Taylor


Howard Sandler, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM

CASE PB2007-07 – ANR –Mark Kelly, addressStreetSalt Marsh Way, Map 17 Parcel 687F

The plan meets the minimum lot requirement and frontage for an ANR.

DECISION:
        Based on the Applicants request a MOTION was made by DEBBIE ABBOTT    and SECONDED by PETER MCDONALD    to GRANT THE APPROVAL NOT REQUIRED for Mark Kelly, Salt Marsh Way, Map 17 Parcel 687F.

THE VOTE:   IN FAVOR  (6)  Morse, Sandler, Nightingale, Abbott, Cole and McDonald

Kevin Holland Arrived.

CASE  PB2007-01- GREGG & PATRICIA REGAN seek Residential Site Plan Approval under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section IX-D-2 for an  addition & renovation of existing, unfinished space above the garage to be used as a home office resulting in a  site coverage over 3,000 sq.ft. for  property located at 25 Richard Lane, Eastham, Map-21 Parcel-62-C.
DECISION:
Based on the Applicants request a MOTION was made by KEVIN HOLLAND   and SECONDED by DEBBIE ABBOTT    to APPROVE RESIDENTIAL  SITE PLAN to construct an  addition & renovation of existing, unfinished space above the garage to be used as a home office resulting in a  site coverage over 3,000 sq.ft. for property located at 25 Richard Lane, Eastham, Map-21 Parcel-62-C.

THE VOTE:   IN FAVOR  (6)  Morse, Sandler, Nightingale, placeCityHolland, Abbott and McDonald
Cole recused.




CASE PB2007-02  - MICHAEL & AMY HACKWORTH seek  Residential Site Plan Approval under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section IX-D-2 for a new garage, sunroom, deck and porch,  resulting in a site coverage over 3,000 sq.ft. for  property located at 330 Mary Chase Road, Eastham, Map-18 Parcel-73.

Cole and McDonald recused themselves.

A MOTION was made by Leslie Morris, SECONDED by Kevin Holland to CONTINUE CASE  PB2007-02  until April 11, 2007.


THE VOTE: IN FAVOR  (7) Sandler, Morse, Abbott, Nightingale, Holland, Salomone and Taylor.

CASE PB2007-03 - JEFFREY & CAROL VALLI seek Residential Site Plan Approval under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section IX-D-2 to erect two (2) storage sheds resulting in  site coverage over 3,000 sq. ft.  for property located at  360 Governor Prence Road, Eastham, Map 18 Parcels-325 & 326.

DECISION:
Based on the Applicants request, a MOTION was made by LESLIE ANN MORSE   and SECONDED by DEBBIE ABBOTT    to APPROVE RESIDENTIAL  SITE PLAN to erect two (2) storage sheds resulting in  site coverage over 3,000 sq. ft.  for property located at 360 Governor Prence Road, Eastham, Map 18 Parcels-325 & 326 with the conditions THAT THE NEW BUILDINGS WILL NOT BE USED FOR HUMAN HABITATION.

THE VOTE: IN FAVOR  (7) Sandler, Morse, Abbott, Nightingale, Holland, Cole and McDonald


A MOTION was made by Kevin Holland, SECONDED by Michael Cole to Approve the Minutes of March 14, 2007.
