MEETING MINUTES
Members Present: Howard Sandler, Chairman, Leslie Ann Morse, Mike Cole, Craig Nightingale, Kevin Holland, Peter McDonald, Debbie Abbott, Rick Taylor and Frank Salomone
Also present: Energy Committee: Gwen Pelletier
Howard Sandler, Chairman called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM
Discussion: Town Meeting Bylaw Changes
Wind Bylaw:
The Board decided to separate the proposed Wind Bylaw into Public and Private Wind Bylaws.
Sign Code:
The Board agreed on the changes made on the Sign Code. The changes dealt with the sizes of new signs in specific districts. .
A date for the first public hearing for the warrant was set for February 26, 2007 at the Town Hall in the Earle Mountain Room at 5 p.m.
A MOTION was made by Leslie Morse, SECONDED by Peter McDonald to adjourn @4:18PM.
THE VOTE: IN FAVOR - UNANIMOUS
