Mr. Sandler (Chairman) called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM
CASE PB#2005-26 – NANCY L. MACRIS, seeks Residential Site Plan Approval under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section IX - D, to construct a garage/boathouse (26’ X 31’) with 2 bedrooms & a bath in the upper level resulting in Site Coverage greater than 3,000 sq. ft. for property located at 1750 Nauset Road, Eastham, Map 09 Parcel 405.
A MOTION was made by Leslie Ann Morse, SECONDED by Michael Cole to continue this Case to February 8, 2006 meeting of the Planning Board.
VOTE: IN FAVOR - UNANIMOUS
COVENANT RELEASES:
CASE PB2004-21 - G. DONALD FIFE TRUST/ JONATHAN D. & TIMOTHY H. FIFE, request Release of Covenant for property located at 125 & 145 Lawton Road, Eastham, Map 14 Parcels 48 & 52.
A MOTION was made by Debbie Abbott, SECONDED by Leslie Morse to Release Covenant on two parcels #48 & 52 for property located at 1750 Nauset Road, Eastham, Map 14 Parcels 48 & 52.
VOTE: IN FAVOR- UNANIMOUS
CASE PB2004-37 - GOOD LUCK COTTAGES/DONALD B. CONNELLY, Jr., request partial Covenant Release of Lots #18 & #23 for property located at 5755 State Highway, Eastham, Map 02 Parcel 058.
A MOTION was made by Leslie Morse, SECONDED by Kevin Holland to Release from Covenant Lots 18 & 23 with $10,000.00 Bond for property located at 5755 State Highway, Eastham, Map 02 Parcel 158.
VOTE: IN FAVOR- UNANIMOUS
ANR:
CASE PB2006-02 - WILLIAM & ISABEL EMERSON/FELCO, INC. seeks Endorsement of Plan Believed Not To Require Approval for property located at 355 & 365 Locust Road, Eastham, Map 11, Parcels 81 & 82.
A MOTION was made by Michael Cole, SECONDED by Debbie Abbott to Endorse the ANR for William & Isabel Emerson for property located at 355 & 365 Locust Road, Eastham, Map 11, Parcels 81 & 82.
VOTE: IN FAVOR- UNANIMOUS
CASE PB2006-01 - SARAH MESELSON/ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN, INC., seeks Residential Site Plan Approval under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section XIV & IX-D, to extend kitchen and back porch on existing structure , resulting in Site Coverage greater than 3,000 sq. ft. for property located at 6 Peach Orchard Road, Eastham , Map 20 Parcel 104-F.
A MOTION was made by Kevin Holland, SECONDED by Leslie Morse ro approve the Residential Site Plan for Sarah Meselson for property located at 6 Peach Orchard Road, Eastham, Map 20 Parcel 104-E.
VOTE: IN FAVOR- UNANIMOUS
A MOTION was made by Leslie Morse and SECONDED by Craig Nightingale to Approve the Minutes of December 14, 2005.
VOTE; IN FAVOR - UNANIMOUS
MOTION TO ADJOURN AT 6:00 PM was made by Leslie Morse, SECONDED by Craig Nightingale
