MEETING MINUTES

Members Present: Howard Sandler-Chairman, Leslie Ann Morse-Vice Chairman, Debbie Abbott, Craig Nightingale, Michael Cole and Peter McDonald

Staff Present: Sheila Vanderhoef, Town Administrator
                
Mr. Sandler (Chairman) called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM

The Planning Board reviewed the following  petitioned Zoning By-law changes.

ARTICLE-#26
To see if the Town will vote to amend the Eastham Zoning By-laws Section III DEFINITIONS.
   
A MOTION was made by Debbie Abbott, SECONDED by Leslie Morse to accept the changes to Article #26.

            VOTE:   IN FAVOR  (6) Unanimous

ARTICLE-#27
To see if the Town will vote to amend Eastham Zoning By-laws Section V-Uses, Seashore District F Sub Section 8.

A MOTION was made by Leslie Morse, SECONDED by Debbie Abbott to accept the changes to Article #27.

             VOTE:   IN FAVOR  (6) Unanimous

ARTICLE-#28
To see if the Town will vote to amend the Eastham Zoning By-laws Section VI-Non Conforming Uses part D by adding a new section 10.

A MOTION was made by Leslie Morse, SECONDED by Craig Nightingale to accept the changes to Article #28.

            VOTE:   IN FAVOR  (6) Unanimous

ARTICLE-#29

To see if the Town will vote to amend the Eastham Zoning By-laws Section VII-Accessory Uses, part C.

A MOTION was made by Peter McDonald, SECONDED by Michael Cole to accept the changes to Article #29.

             VOTE:   IN FAVOR  (6) Unanimous

ARTICLE-#30
To see if the Town will vote to amend the Eastham Zoning By-laws Section IX-Intensity Regulations, Section B: Setback Requirements.

A MOTION was made by Michael Cole, SECONDED by Debbie Abbott  to accept the changes to Article #30.

             VOTE:   IN FAVOR  (6) Unanimous

ARTICLE-#31
To see if the Town will vote to amend the Eastham Zoning By-laws Section IX Intensity Regulations, D.

A MOTION was made by Leslie Morse, SECONDED by Michael Cole  to accept the changes to Article #31.

             VOTE:   IN FAVOR  (6) Unanimous

ARTICLE-#32
To see if the Town will vote to amend the Eastham Zoning By-laws Section XIII-Site Plan Approval-Special Permit.

A MOTION was made by Leslie Morse, SECONDED by Peter McDonald to accept the changes to Article #32.

             VOTE:   IN FAVOR  (6) Unanimous

ARTICLE-#35
To see if the Town will vote to amend the Eastham Zoning By-laws by adding a new Section XIX entitled “OPEN SPACE RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT:(OSRSD).

A MOTION was made by Leslie Morse, SECONDED by Michael Cole to accept the changes to Article #35.

             VOTE:   IN FAVOR  (6) Unanimous
A MOTION was made by Leslie Morse, SECONDED by Michael Cole to Approve the Minutes of March 6, 2006 as written.

             VOTE:   IN FAVOR  (6) Unanimous

PB Case #1986-01 ARROWOOD REALTY TRUST, Lighthouse Lane, Eastham, Map 9 Parcel 300 A-J.

A  MOTION was made by Leslie Morse, SECONDED by Craig Nightingale to Approve Release of Covenant for Lots located on Lighthouse Lane, Eastham, Map 9 Parcel 300 A-J.

            VOTE:   IN FAVOR  (6) Unanimous

MOTION TO ADJOURN AT 6:30 PM was made by Leslie Morse, SECONDED by Michael Cole.
