MEETING MINUTES
Members Present: Howard Sandler-Chairman, Leslie Ann Morse-Vice Chairman, Craig Nightingale, Michael Cole and Peter McDonald

Mr. Sandler (Chairman) called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM
The Planning Board reviewed the following petitioned Zoning By-law change.
ARTICLE
To see if the Town will vote to amend the Eastham Zoning By-laws Section IX-Intensity Regulations, Part B Section 3 - Setback Requirements, by removing #3
3. In District C, all new construction shall be set back a minimum of fifty (50) feet from all ways. Side and rear setbacks shall not be less than twenty-five (25) feet.
In its entirety and replacing it so that it reads as follows:
3. In Distict C, all new construction shall be set back a minimum of fifty (50) feet from all ways.
Side and rear setbacks shall not be less than twelve (12) feet.
VOTE: IN FAVOR (5) Morse, Sandler, Nightingale, Cole and McDonald
MOTION TO ADJOURN AT 5:30 PM was made by Leslie Morse, SECONDED by Michael Cole.
VOTE: IN FAVOR (5) UNANIMOUS
