2. Case No. PB2010-21 – Louise Kane, of Eastham & Benjamin E. Zehnder LLC, of Orleans, MA, seek Residential Site Plan Approval in relief of Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section IX.D.2. & XIV (percent expansion exceeds 2.5% on a lot under 20,000 sf), for alteration, renovation, & addition to existing single family dwelling at property located at 18 Beach Plum Lane, Map 13 Parcel 208.
3. Case No. PB2010-22 – Gregory S. Jezard & Cynthia R. Slattery, of Norton, MA & Stephanie Sequin of Ryder & Wilcox, of Orleans, MA, seek Residential Site Plan Approval in relief of Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section IX.D.2. & XIV (site coverage exceeding 3,000 sf), for the new construction of a four bedroom dwelling with attached two-car garage at property located at 10 Fife Court, Map 14 Parcel 48A.

Case No. PB2010-23 – The Town of Eastham requests to modify existing Definitive Subdivision Plan showing 75-lots located at 1 Sandy Meadow Way/Off North Sunken Meadow Road, Eastham, Map 2 Parcel 32A, as per MGL Ch. 41 §81W; as shown on plans titled: “Plan of Land in North Eastham, MA; Being a Subdivision of LCP 47126 Pending; MF Roach Co” (available for viewing in the Town Assessor’s office) and Land Court Plan “42176B”, and “SV-1” (Registry of Deeds, Plan Book 600 Page 87). The Town requests to properly define Sandy Meadow Way and create three (3) lots on a Plan titled: “Amended Subdivision Plan of Land situated in Eastham, MA; Prepared For the Town of Eastham; Prepared By: Ryder & Wilcox, Inc, of Orleans, MA; Dated 10/1/10 (for review in
the Planning Department).
