JESSICA STRAUSS seeks residential site plan approval for alterations to the residence on property located at 31R Martha Avenue, Map 10 Parcel 202.
IV. CASE #PB2008-12
NAUSET ROAD LLC/DENNIS MURPHY seeks a Special Permit for to allow Brewster Sand & Gravel to operate in the back portion of the commercial site located off Nauset Road, Map 5 Parcel 024.
V. CASE #PB2008-13
ROBIN FOLEY and FLORENCE LEE seek site plan review of modifications to previously approved Planning Board application #PB2007-20.
