Member’s Comments:
1. Guest: Elaine Davis, Barnstable Purchasing Agent, to discuss purchasing opportunities that some or all of our towns are could be utilizing. Q and A.
2. Second Draft of Summary Report to the Selectmen: Revisions as discussed at previous meeting.
3. Suggested dates for the “90 day review meeting” with Boards of Selectmen of the four towns. Site: Wellfleet COA. Possible dates: March 3, 4 or 5 at 6 or 7 pm.
4. Other Old Business:
-GIS and IT services: Schedule invitation to the “CATMAN” IT group to meet with us. Note: recommendation is to have these meetings scheduled by the T.A.’s.
-Response to Commissioner Doherty’s questions:
