7:15 P.M. Request for Determination of Applicability filed by George & Janet Kirchner. Applicants propose the installation of a new septic system and relocation of a well to serve an existing single-family dwelling; and the pumping and abandonment of existing cesspools, within 100' of the top of a Bank of an old bog at property located at 25 Cranberry Road, Map 18, Parcel 039.
7:30 P.M. Notice of Intent filed by Russel & Darlene DeRemer. Applicants propose construction of an addition to an existing dwelling within the Buffer Zone to a Coastal Bank at property located at 125 Shurtleff Road, Map 10, Parcel 238.
