CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 13 September 2011, at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetland Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Notice of intent filed by James Ray. Applicant proposes construction of beach stairs at property located at Right of Way on Gile Road, Map 7, between Parcels 541 and 542.
Request for Determination of Applicability Boat Meadow LLC. Applicant proposes installation of a septic system and abandonment of existing cesspool at property located at 780 Bridge Road, Map 20, Parcel 93.
Notice of Intent filed by Christine Seaman. Applicant proposes construction and maintenance of a stone revetment on a coastal bank at property located at 43 Longstreet Lane, Map 10, Parcel 338.
Notice of intent filed by Jeanne Flaherty. Applicant proposes moving house onto a micropile foundation, two additions, and deck expansion at property located at 165 Harmes Way, Map 1, Parcel 103.
Notice of intent filed by Edward Mulyneaux. Applicant proposes maintenance of a view easement at property located at 10 Drake Circle, Map 17, Parcel 538.
Certificate of Compliance requested by John and Eileen Oslund DEP SE 19-1295. Applicant proposed removal of existing dwelling and reconstruction of a new dwelling at property located at 80 Lawton Road, Map 14, Parcel 045.
