CONSERVATION COMMISSION

The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 8 February 2011, at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetland Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:

        
Notice of Intent filed by Robert and Cheryl Steinbruch. Applicant proposes removing of existing dwelling and construction of a new dwelling at property located at 255 Corliss Way, Map 18, Parcel 3.

Notice of Intent filed by John and Ellen Williamson. Applicant proposes vista pruning and lawn maintenance at property located at 20 Teal Way, Map 17, Parcel 505.  

Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Joan Wick-Pelletier. Applicant proposes extension of an additional 19’11” to current deck at rear of house located at 440 Hay Road, Map 18, Parcel 254.

Notice of Intent filed by Maurice J. Boisvert. Applicant proposes to license and maintain a seasonal pier, ramp, and float at property located at Town Cove, 80 Old State Highway Map 20, Parcel 119.

Notice of Intent filed by Richard and Ida Bishop, ttee. Applicant proposes removing of existing dwelling and construction of a new dwelling at property located at 47 Longstreet Lane, Map 10, Parcel 342A.

Continuation of Hearing on Notice of Intent filed by Gary and Jan Ross.  Applicant proposes the construction of a 12’x 20’ shed; to add 50 cubic yards of sand to fill around the foundation, and to provide plantings and snow fencing for stabilization at property located at 345 Harmes Way, Map 1, Parcel 110.

Continuation of Hearing on Notice of Intent filed by Thomas and Ellen Micelli. ~Applicant proposes replacement of existing driveway at property located at 25 Cove Road, Map 18, Parcel 042.

Continuation of Hearing on Notice of Intent filed by Frank and Janet Bianco.
Applicant propose demolition and reconstruction of a single-family dwelling within the 100’ Buffer Zone to a Coastal Bank at property located at 290 Saltworks Road, Map 04, Parcel 005A.
