CONSERVATION COMMISSION

The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 23 November 2010, at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetland Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:

6:15 P.M.       Notice of Intent filed by Giovanni Cicero.  Applicant proposes top trimming  and/or removal of trees  and replanting with native shrubs within the 100’ Buffer Zone to a  Coastal Bank at property located at 45 Bayview Road, Map 19, Parcel 015.

6:30 P.M.       Request for an Amended Order of Conditions filed by the Massasoit Hills Homeowners Association.    Applicant proposes to Amend the existing Orders of Conditions to construct a stairway and handrail at the Associations’ beach at property located on Salt Works Road, Map 04.

6:45 P.M.       Notice of Intent filed by Rosamond Thomas.  Applicant proposes erosion control and bank nourishment within 100’ of a Salt Marsh, on a Coastal Bank, and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage at property located at 455 Mary Chase Road, Map 18, Parcel 80A.

7:00 P.M.       Request for an Amended Order of Conditions filed by the Dunes Beach Association.  Applicant requests to Amend the existing Order of Conditions to replace the existing stairway with a new stairway at a new location approximately 75’ to 85’ southerly along the Coastal Bank at property located off Crest Avenue, Map 10, Parcel 409.

7:15 P.M.       Notice of Intent filed by Paul Dinto.  Applicant requests an Order of Conditions for bank nourishment completed under and Emergency Certification at property located at 1 West Shore Drive, Map 7A, Parcel 2.

7:30 P.M.       Request for an Amended Order of Conditions filed by the Ridley Family Trust.  Applicant requests to Amend the existing Order of Conditions to include a crawl space foundation along the entire western side of the house and to revise the previously-approved limit of work at property located at 16 Sherwood Road, Map 113, Parcel 133.

7:45 P.M.       Continuation of Hearing on Notice of Intent filed by Gary and Jan Ross.  Applicant proposes the construction of a 12’x20’ shed; to add 50 cubic yards of sand to fill around the foundation, and to provide plantings and snow fencing to stabilization at property located at 345 Harmes Way, Map 1, Parcel 110.

8:00 P.M.       Continuation of Hearing on Notice of Intent filed by Marcella Gumbel.  Applicant proposes a rock revetment at property located at 205 Shurtleff Road, Map 7, Parcel 195.

8:15 P.M.       Continuation of Hearing on Notice of Intent filed by Anthony Julian, MAF Realty Associated.  Applicant proposes construction and maintenance of a stone revetment to replace existing sand bags at property located at 15 Shurtleff Road, Map 10, Parcel 231.
