The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Monday, September 08, 2014 at 8:15AM beginning at 555 Old Orchard Road and various locations pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Adam Saffer. Applicant proposes installation of a 14 x 10’ shed at property located at 20 Nickerson Road, Map 14, Parcel 122.
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Yasmina Manning. Applicant proposes replacement of concrete retaining wall at property located at 20 Cartway South, Map 16, Parcel 014B.
Notice of Intent filed by Laurence Downes. Applicant proposes flush cutting locust trees, expansion of driveway, stone pathways, installation of native and non-native plantings and after the fact removal and replacement of timber walkway and removal of hardening from driveway and walkway at property located at 245 Mill Road, Map 15, Parcel 024.
Notice of Intent filed by David Hakula. Applicant proposes after the fact construction of two wooden boardwalks and two platforms at property located at 285 Turnip Road, Map 07, Parcel 513.
