The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at 6PM in the Earle Mountain Room, 2500 State Highway pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Notice of Intent filed by the Cape Cod National Seashore. Applicant proposes replacement of pedestrian bridge on the Nauset walking trail at property located at 2800 State Highway, Map 12, Parcel 319.
Notice of Intent filed by Robert and Mary Anne Heino. Applicant proposes removal of twenty trees, removal of invasive vegetation, restoration trees and shrub plantings, ornamental foundation plantings, driveway expansion, walkways, and a new lawn at property located at 470 Herring Brook Road, Map 14, Parcel 007.
Notice of Intent filed by Patricia Martin. Applicant proposes replacement of dock at property located at 1200 Herring Brook Road, Map 13, Parcel 079A.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Eileen Mandanici. Applicant proposes construction of a rock revetment at property located at 31 Longstreet Lane, Map 10, Parcel 335A.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by John C. Bumby. Applicant proposes demolishing an existing dwelling and garage and construction of a new dwelling, garage, and shower/sauna, removal of stairway, retaining wall, shed and installation of native plantings at property located at 630 Samoset Road, Map 14, Parcel 087.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Reed A. Richard and Annette M. Richard. Applicant proposes after the fact construction of a permanent dock and dug-in stairway, removal of trees and vegetation and stabilization of an inland slope and a stabilization and restoration plan at property located at 35 Duck Marsh Lane, Map 12, Parcel 214.
