The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 6PM in the Earle Mountain Room, 2500 State Highway pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Edward Budarz. Applicant proposes removal of three pitch pine trees at property located at 420 Ireland Way, Map 17, Parcel 032.
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by Barbara Munday for DEP SE 19-1560 for abandonment of an existing cesspool, installation of septic system and a new well and water line at property located at 250 and 260 Crosby Village Road, Map 14, Parcel 205A and 205B.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Eileen Mandanici. Applicant proposes construction of a rock revetment at property located at 31 Longstreet Lane, Map 10, Parcel 335A.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Reed A. Richard and Annette M. Richard. Applicant proposes after the fact construction of a permanent dock and dug-in stairway, removal of trees and vegetation and stabilization of an inland slope and a stabilization and restoration plan at property located at 35 Duck Marsh Lane, Map 12, Parcel 214.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Paul Pazniokas and Phyllis Mondelli. Applicant proposes grading of wind-blown sand and grass seeding, bluestone walkways and patio, planting native plants and removal of invasive species with herbicides at property located at 50 Bay Shore Lane, Map 13, Parcel 136E.
Continuation of Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by James and Amanda Baughman. for DEP SE 19-1426 for replacing retaining walls and plantings at property located at 300 Samoset Road, Map 14, Parcel 135.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by John DiBari. Applicant proposes installation of gabion baskets on a coastal bank at property located at 92 Old State Highway, Map 20, Parcel 116C.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Carolynn Branthoover. Applicant proposes construction of a permeable paver pool deck and walkway, installation of a bocce court and vista pruning at property located at 140 Eider Lane, Map 16, Parcel 018.
