The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at 8:15AM at 555 Old Orchard Road, Eastham, MA and onto various locations, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Notice of Intent filed by the Federal Highway Administration and Cape Cod National Seashore. Applicant proposes to rehabilitate a cranberry bog bridge at property located at Ocean View Drive.
Notice of Intent filed by Paulo Baltazar. Applicant proposes reconstruction of a boat ramp, dock, ramp, float and stairs at property located at 285 Corliss Way, Map 21, Parcel 042.
Notice of Intent filed by Robin Donato and Bay Shore Lane Association Trust. Applicant proposes replacement of a beach access stairway at property located at 55 Bay Shore Lane, Map 13, Parcel 136J.
