The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at 6pm in the Earle Mountain Room, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Notice of Intent filed by James and Becky Birks. Applicant proposes construction of a dwelling, driveway, septic system, well, grading and landscaping at property located at 20 Keene Way, Map 19, Parcel 043-I.
Notice of Intent filed by Nicolas Debs. Applicant proposes 100’ by 3’ trench for various utilities at 101 Dyer Prince Road, Map 19, Parcel 102.
Request for Amended Order of Conditions filed by Stephen and Marnie Collea for DEP SE 19-1502. Applicant proposes construction of 8’ by 24’ farmers porch at property located at 1600 State Highway, Map 18, Parcel 101.
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by George Nolan for DEP SE 19-1309 for replacement of sand, biomat and beach grass planting at property located at 31 Bayberry Lane, Map 13, Parcel 157.
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by George Nolan for DEP SE 19-1084 installation of a septic system at property located at 31 Bayberry Lane, Map 13, Parcel 157.
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by John and Amanda Baughman for DEP SE 19-1426 for replacing retaining walls and plantings at property located at 300 Samoset Road, Map 14, Parcel 135.
