The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 6pm in the Earle Mountain Room, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Request for Amended Order of Conditions filed by EKG Properties for DEP SE 19-1520. Applicant proposes a 50’ rock revetment at property located at 15 Sunset Lane, Map 13, Parcel 138, and 40 Bay Shore Lane, Map 13, Parcel 136.
Notice of Intent filed by Eloise See McGaw. Applicant proposes four foot height increase of existing revetment at property located at 7 ½ West Shore Drive, Map 7A, Parcel 006.
Notice of Intent filed by Michael P. and Barbara H. Leen. Applicant proposes construction of a screen porch at property located at 15 Bayland Way, Map 17, Parcel 760B.
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by Peter and Carol Zaglio for DEP SE 19-1510 for driveway improvements and patio installation at property located at 227 Dyer Prince Road, Map 19, Parcel 113.
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by Sara Nelson/Boat Meadow Marsh LLC for DEP SE 19-1489 for tree and vegetation removal, walkway installation and native plantings at property located at 325 Goody Hallet Drive, Map 20, Parcel 034.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Eileen Mandanici. Applicant proposes construction of a rock revetment at property located at 31 Longstreet Lane, Map 10, Parcel 335A.
