The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at 8:15AM at 555 Old Orchard Road, Eastham, MA and continuing to various locations, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by the Town of Eastham for DEP SE 19-1470 for replacement of culvert and drainage improvements at Cole Road and Herring Brook Road, Map 13, parcel 031
Request for Amended Order of Conditions filed by Daniel and Donna McCormick for DEP SE 19-1500 to include reconstruction of deck at property located at 30 Richard Lane, Map 21, Parcel 062.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Eileen Mandanici. Applicant proposes rock revetment at property located at 31 Longstreet Lane, Map 10, Parcel 335A.
Notice of Intent filed by Bradford and Lisa Kimler. Applicant proposes to heighten an existing stone revetment at property located at 27 Bayberry Lane, Map 13, Parcel 155.
