The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Brief Review of Water Management Committee’s Pond Educational Brochure
Notice of Intent filed by Diana B. Richter. Applicant proposes septic system upgrade at property located at 25 Kellies Path, Map 11, Parcel 425.
Notice of Intent filed by Timothy Vinciguerra. Applicant proposes driveway modifications and maintenance, installation of stone walls and steps and planting native vegetation at property located at 15 Bowline Lane, Map 13, Parcel 054.
Notice of Intent filed by Noel and Susan Beyle. Applicant proposes installation of a rock revetment at property located at 295 Shurtleff Road, Map 07, Parcel 190.
Notice of Intent filed by Richard and Eileen DeVito. Applicant proposes installation of a rock revetment in a coastal bank at property located at 265 Shurtleff Road, Map 07, Parcel 191.
