The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 08, 2013 at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetlands Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Request for Amended Order of Conditions by Karen and Kevin McCarthy. Applicants propose planting plan modifications at property located at 13 &15 Bayberry Lane.
Notice of Intent John Cannon and Diane Lim. Applicant proposes well installation, and deck construction associated with house construction at property located at 65 & 55 Piper Lane, Map 12, Parcel 265 & 266.
Request for Amended Order of Conditions filed by Ross Bierkan. Applicant proposes new planting list, tree removal, installation of stone patio, walkways, expanded driveway and dog pen at property located at 225 Sparrow Road, Map 04, Parcel 190.
