CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetlands Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Presentation of the Eastham Conservation Lands Inventory and Analysis Project by Woods Hole Group, Consultant
Presentation of Draft Town of Eastham Comprehensive Plan to Protect Pond Water Quality by the Eastham Water Management Committee and discussion of Proposed Amendment to the Eastham Wetlands Bylaw
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Paul and Margaret Hallisey. Applicant proposes clearing 70 +/- trees at property located at 185 Goody Hallett Drive, Map 20, Parcel 55.
Notice of Intent filed by Lynn Newlove. Applicant proposes replacement of wooden bulkhead at property located at 45 West Road, Map 04, Parcel 535.
13 & 15 Bayberry Road Violation Remediation Discussion
