CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetlands Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Notice of Intent filed by Richard and Kim Alexander. Applicant proposes addition on full foundation and deck and sunroom additions at property located at 50 Bay View Road, Map 19, Parcel 15.
Notice of Intent filed by Ruth Colman. Applicant proposes foundation repairs, 50 cubic yards of sand nourishment and installation of sand drift fence at property located at 230 Salt Works Road, Map 4, Parcel 10.
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by Dona and Ellen Cacciapaglia for construction of dwelling at property located at 70 Bay View Road, Map 019, Parcel 021.
Administrative Review filed by Christy Foster. Applicant proposes installation of well at property located at property located at 1835 State Highway, Map 18, Parcel 312.
