Eastham Conservation Commission
   September 25, 2012

The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetlands Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:

Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Boat Meadow Marsh, LLC. Applicant proposes invasive species removal at property located at 325 Goody Hallet Drive, Map 20, Parcel 34.

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Robert Maier. DEP SE 19-1459~(Last heard June 26, 2012. Request to continue to Oct. 09, 2012 received) Applicant proposes installation of a full foundation, shed removal, and construction of additions at property located at 3 West Shore Drive, Map 7A, Parcel 3.

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by the Beach Association.  Applicant proposes beach access stairway at property located at Eastham Avenue and Crest Avenue.

Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by Jean Bagley for septic system installation at property located at 13 Charlie Noble Way, Map 19, Parcel 003.

Request for Extension Permit filed by George Civita for DEP SE 19-986 for repairs and maintenance to coastal rock revetment at property located at 760 Campground Road.

Administrative Review filed by James Wright. Applicant proposes removal of tree branches at property located at 209 Samoset Road.

Administrative Review filed by Jim Montano. Applicant proposes removal of eight oak trees at property located at 30 Briggs Field Road.

Administrative Review filed by Meint Olthof. Applicant proposes removal of three dead pines at property located at 435 Herring Brook Road.
