The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetlands Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Notice of Intent filed by Jim and Barbara Pagos. Applicants propose removal and replacement of portion of dwelling, additions, patios, and deck at property located at 2080 State Highway, Route 6, Map 15, Parcel 117.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Application Enterprises. Applicant proposes removal and replacement of two decks at property located at 200 Pine Woods Road, Map 18, Parcel 156.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Robert Maier. DEP SE 19-1459~(Last heard June 26, 2012.) Applicant proposes installation of a full foundation, shed removal, and construction of additions at property located at 3 West Shore Drive, Map 7A, Parcel 3.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by 325 Harmes Way, LLC. Applicant proposes elevated deck and retaining wall at property located at 325 Harmes Way, Map 1, Parcel 109.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by the Beach Association. Applicant proposes beach access stairway at property located at Eastham Avenue and Crest Avenue.
Request for Extension permit filed by Bayberry Trust DEP SE 19-782. Applicant requests three year extension for maintenance and sand nourishment of stone revetment on a coastal bank at property located at 49 Longstreet Lane.
Administrative Review filed by Eastham DPW. Applicant proposes patching parking lot depression at Hemenway Road Town Landing.
